In March of 2024 we welcomed Ned Kayarian, a recent University of New Hampshire graduate, to the Component Dynamics team at our Portsmouth, New Hampshire, headquarters.
Ned will provide support to multiple areas of the company including the sales, purchasing customer service, quality control, and logistics teams as our newest sales and operations trainee.
Throughout this training program Ned will work within each department to fully understand our processes and how everyone’s role impacts the client experience. The program provides a runway for Ned to identify strengths and interests within the organization that he can take ownership of as he advances in his career at Component Dynamics.
