Meet Component Dynamics Newest Hire

Marc Schwanbeck

Growth takes momentum. It takes people who can step into fast-moving environments, adapt quickly and keep things pushing forward.

That’s what stood out right away about Samuel McManus. We’re excited to welcome Samuel to our Portsmouth, New Hampshire, headquarters as a warehouse and logistics specialist.

Samuel brings five years of supply chain experience, including time at Amazon and in high-volume distribution settings where speed and efficiency matter every day.

He’s worked across transportation, receiving, shipping, and inventory — giving him a full view of how logistics operations connect and where they can improve.

More importantly, he’s comfortable in the pace that comes with it. Samuel’s ability to stay focused, move quickly and maintain consistency under pressure makes him a strong fit for a growing operation like ours.

Hear From Samuel

“When I think of what’s required to maintain customer satisfaction, words like ‘integrity’ and ‘efficiency’ come to mind. Immediately apparent to me at CD is exactly that — the kind of rigorous attention to detail and steady pace that you’d hope for. At the heart of it all is a passionate team founded on seamless communication, a wealth of information, and a refreshing outlook for the future of the electronic industry. I’m excited to be part of this team and see what we can accomplish together.”

Looking Ahead

We’re building a team that can scale with us, including people who bring energy, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership to their work. Samuel checks all three.

We’re excited to see what he brings as we continue to grow.
